Every place we've hit across both walks, in one list. Ratings use our own scale — the Momentum Scale — because "was the beer good" only tells you half of whether a stop worked.

The Momentum Scale

Not a star rating. A rating of how each stop affects the pace of the walk — because on a route with twelve more stops to go, that matters as much as the beer.

Sprint Run Walk Crawl
Sprint — Itinerary-breaking. Good enough to abandon the schedule and just stay.
Run — The ideal pace-setter. One drink, good vibes, back on schedule.
Walk — Fine. Utilitarian. One quick pour, use the bathroom, move on.
Crawl — Momentum killer. Slow service, packed, no seats — threatens the whole day.

Ratings are added by hand as we get around to writing them up — unrated stops just haven't been logged yet, not judged.
